missingWrote a review on Dec 24cozy lounge areanoisy room
The spacious lounge area offered a cozy atmosphere to socialize and unwind after a long day of exploring Hamburg.
The room was quite noisy due to its location next to the reception, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep amidst street noise and the sound of guests coming and going.

Excellent high-speed WiFi access throughout the hotel.
The check-in process was incredibly frustrating due to technical failures, leaving us unable to access our room for hours. We had to rely on a security company for assistance during the night, which was utterly inadequate. the room itself was not well-planned, with a bed pushed against the wall making it hard to access. The dining options were a significant letdown. reheated food from a local restaurant just didn’t cut it when we had high hopes for something fresher.

Perfect for long stays
The well-insulated rooms offered comfort with ample daylight from large windows, making working from the spacious desk a breeze. The communal lounge was a delightful place to unwind.
The check-in process was frustrating due to technical issues, and the laundry service fell short of expectations, which added to the inconvenience. Adequate dining options are lacking too.

missingWrote a review on Oct 28independent apartmentconvenient locationinconvenient layout
The location near the Phoenix Center offers easy access to stores, making quick errands a breeze. The rooms, being self-contained apartments, provide a sense of independence that's appreciated after long travels.
No reception at ground level complicates check-in, necessitating a self-service approach. The beds in the Standard Apartment are only 140 cm wide, and the layout forces you to crawl to one side due to the wall placement. Noise from the nearby railway station is bothersome for a restful night. soundproofing is lackluster at best. Laundry options were vague and inconvenient, with no detergents available when needed. The dining experience suffered from limited offerings and subpar food quality.

The location next to Harburg railway station worked perfectly for quick access to Hamburg. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, providing a comfortable environment. I enjoyed the spacious desk for work and appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette for making snacks. The communal lounge was a cozy spot for relaxation. the layout of the bed forced me to crawl out from one side due to its position against the wall, which was inconvenient. Noise from the street outside was bothersome at times, especially from our room near the reception. The dining options were disappointing, with reheated frozen food served and a breakfast that badly needed improvement. while there were great aspects, some issues like noise and dining left room for enhancement.

My two-night stay was pretty cool – the self-check-in was a breeze and the drink voucher for a beer was a lovely surprise. But the bed layout was a bit awkward since one side hit the wall, making it hard to crawl out from the other side!

The stay was enjoyable, particularly due to the nice building and the unique pater noster elevator. A pleasant surprise was the co-working space where breakfast was offered. it created a productive atmosphere that I appreciated. the check-in process was cumbersome and lacked support, especially considering the self-service approach. noise levels were an issue, likely due to the proximity to the railway station, impacting the overall comfort during the night.

Comfortable stay with handy kitchen
I stayed for a night and loved the clean, bright room. The little kitchen setup was super handy for making snacks. The lounge area was cozy for relaxing after I explored the city, but the check-in could've been smoother, I didn't realize it was all self-check-in until I got there.
